With their new trigger guns, FLUX-GERÄTE presents high precision improvements for use at work. They allow more accurate dispensing and are easier to use. This is yet further proof of the impressive innovative power of the company. The two completely newly developed FLUX trigger guns in PP (Polypropylene) and PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) are designed to be able to deliver many materials even better - and that in all the areas in which FLUX trigger guns are already being used. The trigger guns made of PP are suitable for delivering acids and alkali; for example: boric acid, fruit acids, phosphoric, hydrochloric and sulfuric acid (up to 80 %), potassium and sodium hydroxide, ammonia water, formic acid (up to 50 %) and acetic acid (up to 80 %). Furthermore, the new trigger guns in PVDF are highly suitable for delivering concentrated acids, such as hydrobromic acid, chromic, chloric and hydrofluoric acid, sodium hypochlorite, nitric and sulfuric acid. More performance, better design The two product innovations also feature a modern design and a versatile programme of accessories. The safety aspect is addressed by improved sealing; safe handling even under pressure is also ensured by the new pivot joint with rotating balls. The modern, ergonomically shaped trigger gun requires less strength when operating the trigger guns. Apart from that, both trigger guns ensure increased throughput and reduced pressure losses. The new FLUX trigger guns in PP and PVDF are used in the popular FLUX pump kits “Acids and Alkalis” as well as “Concentrated acids and alkalis”. Of course, there is a comprehensive range of accessories available for the new FLUX trigger guns, such as a flow stop, longer discharge pipes or a fume gland to protect from emissions. All accessories for the discharge side can be exchanged between trigger guns that already exist and the new ones. The new trigger guns can of course be retrofitted to existing FLUX pumps.
