Richmond Hill, Ontario – Federal Muffler of Lachine, Quebec have recently started purchasing Novaflex’s new silicon coolant hose for use in their aftermarket truck cooling assemblies manufactured under their TechnoTube division. Novaflex have designed their new silicon coolant hose to exceed the temperature limits of traditional rubber coolant hoses. While typical rubber coolant hoses can handle up to 300ºF, this advanced silicon offering from Novaflex is rated for 400ºF. Initial product quality was found by Federal to be exceptional, with Ray Neil, owner, claiming that Novaflex’s commitment to quality is just as evident in their new products as in their established ones; “This silicon coolant hose is very well designed and engineered and meets our specs perfectly. We can now offer temperature-based reliability like never before”. Novaflex have been a supplier to Federal Muffler for various product lines in their wide assortment of automotive aftermarket accessories for close to fourteen years. The relationship is well established, as Neil further explains; “We’ve been buying from Novaflex/Flexmaster for years and they always deliver a premium product and stand by that product with after-sales service. We’ve never had any problems with ay of their products”. Along with supplying Federal with their off-the-shelf products, Novaflex has continued their reputation as a quality custom hose builder for specific end-user needs. “Bob (Preston, Eastern Regional Sales Manager) and everyone at Novaflex have helped us develop countless custom products built specifically for our applications.
