New ARMORSEAL 1K Waterbased Urethane Floor Enamel from Sherwin-Williams delivers performance comparable to a two-component urethane with the ease of application available only in a one-component, water-based system. Formulated specifically for industrial and commercial flooring applications, ARMORSEAL 1K offers a high gloss, “wet look” finish with outstanding abrasion and chemical resistance with excellent color and gloss retention. Because this one-component polyester water-based urethane is resistant to “hot tire pick-up,” ARMORSEAL 1K maintains adhesion and an excellent appearance in high traffic areas. It dries fast, meets all current VOC regulations, and is suitable for use in USDA-inspected facilities. ARMORSEAL 1K, tinted with proprietary EnviroToner™ colorants, is available in a wide variety of colors plus haze gray and a high gloss clear finish.
