In 2003, Caplugs’ parent company purchased Niagara Caps & Plugs to bring two of the industry leaders together to form the largest, most expansive offering of product protection solutions. In 2008 Caplugs acquired an injection molding operation in the Pudong District of Shanghai, China. Caplugs now boasts comprehensive facilities with manufacturing, administrative, and distribution capabilities in Buffalo, NY, Erie, PA, Los Angeles, CA, and Shanghai, China.

In-house injection molding machines ranging from 7-ton to 600-tons, gives us the ability to manufacture parts in an endless variety of sizes and shapes. State-of-the-art vinyl dip lines produce our flexible vinyl parts. Our extrusion lines produce profile, netting and tubing extrusions that can be used for shipping protection, storage, display, and countless other uses. Our die-cutting process requires no tooling making it economical and fast. We can die-cut any shape from a simple jpeg or pdf file into just about any material. A comprehensive in-house toolroom allows us the freedom to control the cost, timeline, and quality of your mold.
