The new UNE-ISO 37001:2025, which provides requirements and recommendations for building and maintaining an anti-bribery management system, is now available.
This standard applies to any type of organisation, irrespective of size, in the public, private and non-profit sectors and can be used in all jurisdictions.
As in the case of UNE 19601:2025, the revision of UNE-ISO 37001 is aligned with the new ISO Harmonised Structure for management system standards and the new compliance standards, and introduces improvements to its content such as:
• Consideration of climate issues, as corruption can jeopardise funds earmarked for environmental protection.
• Mainstreaming compliance culture, crucial to the success or failure of the management system.
