Overview
The HAST PCT Unsaturated High Pressure Accelerated Environmental Aging Chamber is built for serious environmental aging tests. Whether you’re checking the seal integrity of multi-layer circuit boards, IC sealing packages, LCD screens, LEDs, or even magnetic materials, this chamber pushes your products to their limits under unsaturated, high-pressure conditions.

Control System & Performance

• Digital Control: Features a micro-computer with a saturated steam LED digital display temperature controller, LED time controller, and a pointer-type pressure gauge for real-time monitoring.
• Standards-Compliant: Meets international standards (CNS, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, BS, IEC, NACE, UL, MIL) for high-pressure accelerated aging.
• Precision: Temperature control accuracy of ±0.5ºC (0.1ºC resolution) and pressure control accuracy of ±0.2 Kg/cm².
• Test Ranges:
  • Temperature: Adjustable from (RT+10ºC) to 135ºC (with free setting for saturated steam).
  • Humidity: Default at 100% RH with adjustable steam humidity (70–100% RH).
  • Pressure: Operates from 0.5 Kg/cm² up to 3.0 Kg/cm² absolute pressure (safe capacity includes environmental plus additional load).
  • Timing: Customizable up to 999 hours/minutes/seconds, with approximate 45-minute ramp times for both temperature and pressure.
