Designed to Seal Tyvek/Mylar, Nylon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Laminates, Kraft/PE and Foil.

Features:

• Tabletop hi speed validatable rotary band sealer.
• Unit is designed with 10" long heating zone, and 10" long cooling zone for greater flexibility in product sealing of difficult materials with temperatures up to 450 degrees +/-2 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Temperature, speed control and cooling bar pressure can be validated.
• Extra sealing capacity allows speeds up to 60' per minute with constant secure seals of 3/8" or 1/4" wide.
• Designed to seal Tyvek/Polymylar, Nylon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Laminates,Kraft, Foil and other heat sealable bags.
• Seals are achieved through the use of special heavy duty wear-resistant laminated teflon bands.
• Quad digital temperature controls maintain consistent heat and assures quality hermetic seals. Heat is generated from rear and front heaters or one set only as required using a simple on/off switch. Individual heating assemblies can be regulated due to Quad controls.
• Easy quick changeover and cleaning of the Teflon Bands due to instant pressure release on bands placed in an open position. Uniform pressure on all sealing and cooling surfaces creates consistent quality validatable seals. Gauges are easy to read and highly visible.
• Constructed from anodized aluminum and stainless steel. Hard Chrome plated sealing assemblies reduces wear.
• Dual Element Thermocouple: Each thermocouple has two junctions one for the temperature controller and one for temperature verification, ports supplied.
• Self contained compressed air option available, 110V, 1 Phase, 60 Cycle.
• Single line embosing code available.

All Packaging Machinery Corporation was established in 1945, known then as Errich International Machinery.  In 1982 Errich became All Packaging Machinery Corporation and moved to its present headquarters in Ronkonkoma, New York.  APM has been serving the Packaging Industry for over 70 years.  APM prides itself in the fact that its machines are designed for durability, flexibility and simplicity of operation.  These factors have contributed to the sales in excess of 50,000 machines throughout the Packaging Industry to date.
 
Currently APM manufactures a full line of bag loading, heat sealing and band sealing machines.  Band Sealer models include validatable models for use in sealing Medical Pouches.  USDA approved baggers and sealers are also available.  APM also manufactures vertical form/fill/seal machines using centerfolded film.
