The D6006 Dispershear can disperse a wide range of powders such as batter mix, xanthan gum, guar gum, Hydroxypropylemethyl cellulose and pregelatinized starches into liquids continuously in one pass.

By combining the D6006 Dispershear with a Loss in Weight powder feeder, a truly accurate continuous mixing system can be operated remotely with complete digital control and measurement of all feed and flow parameters. Complete lump free mixing is possible with even the most difficult to disperse powders. Unlike some alternative in-line powder dispersion devices, the Dispershear can be used with very hot water even close to the boiling point.
