MBD series diamond micro powder products are gray or off-white in color, and can be divided into three types, A, B and C, according to the strength of the micro powder from high to low. Type A diamond is of high grade and suitable for high intensity grinding; Type B diamond is of moderate grade and hardness and suitable for various general free abrasives or solidified abrasives; Type C diamond is of low grade and hardness and is a kind of micro powder with high cost performance.
2. Good Self-sharpening
Due to the special production and processing process, the color of RVD series diamond is generally green, gradually transitioning from dark green to gray according to the size from large to small. The product has good self-sharpening, and can be widely used in various resin bonded diamond tools.
3. Uniform Abrasives
With complete crystal shape, block shape and concentrated particle size distribution, the powder provides high cutting ability while effectively avoiding deep scratches.
The powder is of high purity, with impurity content less than 0.5%, which keeps the surface of the grinding workpiece clean and avoids abnormal substances.
