A dual?pump process line was seeing persistent pulsation, unstable pressure, and vibration.

A site review found two configuration problems:

1. One dampener was serving both pumps
2. The dampener was installed far beyond the effective 10?diameter distance

Fix:
- Relocated the existing dampener to the proper zone
- Added a second dampener so each pump had dedicated control

Result:
Stable pressure, improved pulsation control, and elimination of vibration.
The system has run reliably since the correction.
