Metrology 

CASTECH employs a wide variety of metrology equipment to guarantee high reflectivity, including Cavity-Ring-Down Loss Meter, Varian Cary-7000, Varian Cary-6000, Perkin Elmer Lambda-950 and Spectrum 100FTIR. Every coating batch is tested to promise high-performance reflectivity values.
