CSZ liquid thermal shock baths are used for thermal shock testing of electrical components per a variety of Military Standards. Product transfers between the hot liquid and cold liquid baths for immediate thermal shock of your products under test.

Design uses a special Galden DO2-TS perfluorinated fluid that does not coat electronics or conduct electricity. Unique design prevents the denser-than-air test liquid vapors from falling out when opened for loading or unloading product.

These liquid baths meet a variety of electrical and Mil-Std test requires such as Mil-Std 810. Sizes are available in load capacities of 2 lbs., 5 lb. or customized to your application.

Temperature Range:
Hot Bath: +160°C (+320°F)
Cold Bath: -75°C (-103°F)
