Product reliability starts with better testing.
In this video, we introduce HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) and HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening), and how CSZ Time Compressor Chambers help uncover design weaknesses and manufacturing defects early.
By combining rapid temperature transitions with multi-axis vibration, these chambers help manufacturers reduce risk, improve quality, and accelerate time to market.

This video highlights our 578 cu. ft. walk-in conditioning chamber to handle massive cylinders containing more than 12.5 tons of material, designed to meet the critical needs of the Department of Energy''s DUF6 conversion program. These chambers are built to deliver precise temperature control, ranging from +90°F down to -25°F, ensuring safe and consistent material conditioning. To move these cylinders, we designed a rail system and motorized transfer cart that can carry loads up to 36,000 pounds. Each cart is built with integrated load cells for accurate monitoring, secure guidance, and a wireless control interface for remote operation, operator safety, and efficiency. This solution ensures precise environmental control, accommodates heavy material loads, improves process throughput, and enhances operator safety.
In this video, Director of Engineering, Eric Berchtold dives into the dry air purge system and its purpose in the testing process. Cincinnati Sub-Zero environmental test chambers utilize an advanced dry air purge system to provide precise humidity control and achieve low relative humidity levels. The dry air purge system plays a crucial role in the testing sequence, providing reliable and accurate humidity control, even at low relative humidity levels.
Accurate temperature monitoring is essential in environmental testing, and Cincinnati Sub-Zero''s monitor package takes it to the next level with its advanced 8-thermocouple system. Director of Engineering, Eric Berchtold explores the 8 strategically placed thermocouples that continuously measure the temperature of your product or test specimen. This multi-point monitoring ensures precise and reliable temperature data, providing a comprehensive understanding of the thermal conditions experienced by your sample during testing. Along with this, the recording of the data allows for further analyzing after the test is complete.
Cincinnati Sub-Zero environmental test chambers feature temperature only and temperature with humidity models. Z-Plus test chambers offer years of reliable operation for product testing and are available in 8 to 96 cu. ft. of workspace. Ideal for basic temperature testing to rapid thermal cycling.

In this video, Sales Director Jason Aw discusses the importance of picking the right chamber for your specific needs. In the world of environmental testing, efficiency is of great importance, and selecting the appropriately-sized environmental test chamber is crucial for accurate testing and optimal performance. In this video, we''ll explore the following key factors to consider when determining the ideal chamber size for your needs.
- Workspace Volume: Ensure sufficient internal dimensions to accommodate your test specimens comfortably, allowing proper airflow and temperature distribution
- Testing Requirements: Choose a chamber that meets your specific testing needs, such as temperature and humidity ranges, ramp rates, and additional features
- Efficiency and Cost: Larger chambers offer more workspace but consume more energy, while smaller chambers are more energy-efficient for testing smaller products
