Excelitas announces the launch of the Phoseon FireLine™ FL400-i Industrial UV LED Curing System, designed specifically for demanding industrial coating and adhesive applications.

Building on the proven performance of the FireLine FL400, the new FL400-i introduces a ruggedized housing and enhanced sealing to ensure reliable operation in harsh, high-contaminant environments such as pipe coating and metal finishing.

Delivering the same industry-leading optical uniformity and high dose performance as the original FL400, the FL400-i system features a newly engineered IP66-rated enclosure with robust endcaps, advanced window sealing and optional sacrificial glass to shield the primary optics from heat, dust and impact.
