The model CT325 temperature controller measures only 1 x 1 x 1.5 inches but can control up to 240 watts of heating power! The unit is powered from a single DC supply that provides power to the control electronics as well as the heating element. The miniature design accepts 100 or 1000 ohm Platinum RTD or 50 k-ohm thermistor sensor input. It is ideally suited for use with Minco's temperature sensors and ThermofoilTM heating elements, providing a complete thermal system from a single source.

Setpoint and actual temperatures are monitored by connecting a voltmeter to easily accessible test points. The output temperatures are shown as 10 mV / °C outputs, simplifying the setup and in-process checking of the system. The entire package is epoxy sealed against moisture.

Applications include heating electronics for outdoor use, telecom enclosures, medical devices, IC's, and vehicular components. Standard off-the-shelf designs allow fast delivery of small quantities, and custom design options are available for OEM volumes.
