Vishay introduces the VLMRGB6122.., a high-performance tricolor LED in a compact PLCC-6 package, delivering up to 2800 mcd at 20 mA. With independent anode and cathode connections for each RGB chip, it enables precise color mixing across the full gamut triangle in the CIE 1931 color space. The LED uses advanced AllnGaP and InGaN technologies to provide 70% higher brightness and a 22% lower profile than competing solutions.

Designed for demanding environments, the VLMRGB6122.. is AEC-Q102 qualified and operates in temperatures from -40 °C to +110 °C. It offers strong ESD protection, Class B1 corrosion robustness, and is RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and Vishay Green. Ideal for automotive lighting, displays, and consumer electronics.
