Vishay introduces the IHDM-1107BBEV-2A and IHDM-1107BBEV-3A Automotive Grade edge-wound inductors with soft saturation currents up to 422 A in a compact 1107 case size. Using powdered iron alloy core technology, they offer stable inductance and saturation across -40 °C to +180 °C, with low DCR down to 0.22 mΩ for reduced losses and increased efficiency.

Offering 30% higher rated and saturation current than ferrite-based alternatives at +125 °C, these AEC-Q200 qualified inductors are ideal for high-current automotive applications including DC/DC converters, inverters, onboard chargers, and EMI filtering in ICE, HEV, and EV systems. Custom options are available.
