Vishay’s new VO1400AEFTR and VO1401AEFTR solid-state relays provide optically isolated, high-performance switching in a compact SOP-4 package. These SPST-NO relays feature input-to-output isolation of 3750VRMS and are designed for clean, bounce-free switching in industrial and instrumentation systems. The VO1400AEFTR supports up to 100mA of continuous load current with a maximum on-state resistance of 5Ω, while the VO1401AEFTR handles up to 550mA with a lower 2.5Ω on-state resistance, making both devices well-suited for low-power signal switching.

Designed with TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs and low off-state leakage current, these relays are ideal for applications in industrial automation, security systems, instrumentation, and telecommunications. Their high isolation voltage and solid-state reliability enable long operational life with minimal maintenance. Both models are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free, meeting modern environmental and safety standards.
