We are happy to report to our customers and to the industry at large that October 2023 marks our 6-year anniversary of ISO 9001:2015 registration!
O’Keefe Controls Co. earned its initial ISO 9001:2015 registration for its QMS in 2017. The company conducts routine audits as a way to ensure it is in conformance with every aspect, every clause, of the entire process. Yearly surveillance audits by a third-party ISO registrant are conducted and O’Keefe Controls Co. has passed every one. And in October 2023, our second three-year recertification was proudly received.
Any company that has achieved ISO Registration and subsequent re-registrations understands the significance of this achievement. It is an accomplishment not merely in terms of the effort required to go through the process as described above. It is more significant in terms of how well we can service our customers and this is, in fact, why we initially sought registration 6 years ago, and persisted in maintaining and bettering our Quality Management System (QMS) ever since.
