RLS press fittings
A unique feature of RLS press fittings is that they are annealed to a specific grain structure, which allows them to work harden into place when pressed. This creates a permanent 360° metal-to-metal mechanical joint that can withstand high pressures!
We tested one of our fittings with no seal to demonstrate the strength of our joining method! This fitting withheld pressure to 3044 psi before the tube burst near the end cap.
