Product Features:

• High hardness of material: The material of this joint is alloy steel with yield strength more than 800Mpa. It means that the hardness of the part will be very high after Q+T heat treatment. This will bring great difficulty to the machining process.
• Leave enough machining allowance for castings: In order to have a precise machining condition, the raw casting part must have enough machining allowance, otherwise there will be unmachined “black skin”on the surface. Of course, the inner of the part should also ensure that there is no loose, air holes or sand holes.
• Full range machining: All sides of the joint need to be machined. The joint is full-range machined by 4 axis machining center. Due to the high hardness and high machining requirement of the part, only 3 parts can be machined per day.
• Quality Class: MS2/UV2 acc. DIN 1690, part 2.
