Quality Assurance
Quality checking for casting blank & finished casting rely on a variety of non-destructive and destructive tests in house and/or at certified test laboratories:

• Visual inspection
• Complete spectral analysis of each casting batch
• Mechanical/physical properties
• Metallographic examination
• Digital radioscopy/x-ray
• Penetration test/magnetic particle test
• Dimensional inspection by means of coordinate measuring machine/gauges
• Test bar stored and archived for later quality tracking at least 1 year
• Dimensional inspection by means of gauges/micrometers/coordinate measuring machine

All test and measuring equipment is subject to constant monitoring.
