The MIV-TINY-15 is a tiny, low-profile plastic snap-in vent in the Milvent Plastic series, designed as a waterproof, breathable, and explosion-proof valve for battery pack protection where space is limited.

How It Works

• Normal operation: the waterproof, breathable membrane keeps the internal and external atmospheres of the battery pack separate, preventing water and other liquids from entering and ensuring normal operation
• Emergency situations such as overheating or short circuit: internal pressure rises rapidly, the explosion-proof vent membrane is triggered and opens quickly, releasing high-pressure gas to reduce internal pressure and avoid the battery pack exploding
• The waterproof and explosion-proof functions also help the battery pack work normally in damp or adverse environments, reducing the risk of accidents caused by external factors
