SDP/SI Miniature Fairloc® bellows couplings are designed for precision motion control applications requiring zero backlash and misalignment compensation. The couplings accommodate angular and parallel shaft misalignment while damping vibration and noise, making them well suited for medical devices and other compact, high-performance systems.

Available in the S50FP9-FB inch series and S50FP9MFB metric series, the miniature couplings feature a compact, durable design for use in space-constrained applications. Bore sizes range from 3 mm to 12 mm and 0.0625 in. to 0.125 in., with multiple bore combinations offered.

The couplings incorporate SDP/SI’s Fairloc® hub technology, which maintains shaft alignment, provides secure torque transmission, and allows repeated tightening and repositioning without shaft damage.

These bellows couplings expand SDP/SI’s broad coupling portfolio, which includes rigid and flexible designs such as beam, disc, jaw, Oldham, slit, and modular bellows types.
