The USUSTK Optical Fiber Coil Liquid Cooling Plate is designed for thermal management of coiled optical fibers used in high-power fiber laser pump sources and laser generator systems.

Manufactured from AL6063 aluminum alloy, the cooling plate combines precision CNC machining with friction stir welding (FSW). Internal coolant channels are machined into the aluminum structure and sealed using FSW to form an integrated liquid-cooling assembly.

The large cooling surface accommodates circular optical fiber coil layouts and supports effective heat transfer from the fiber assembly to the circulating coolant. The anodized surface helps improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long-term durability.
