USUSTK manufactures custom CNC-machined aluminum structural components for industrial electronic equipment and precision mechanical assemblies. Made from AL6061 aluminum, the component integrates equipment interfaces, internal cavities, mounting holes, support walls, and positioning features into a compact structural design.
The component is manufactured by CNC machining and finished with a conductive surface treatment according to the customer’s assembly and electrical-contact requirements. Dimensions, mounting interfaces, openings, internal structures, surface treatment, and inspection requirements can be customized based on customer drawings.
Typical applications include semiconductor manufacturing and inspection equipment, electronics and microelectronics production systems, industrial computers, edge-computing equipment, data-center subsystems, automation equipment, optoelectronic instruments, laser systems, and photonics equipment.
The structural component can also be designed to support the integration of PCBs, sensors, optical modules, fans, cold plates, pumps, connectors, and other electronic or cooling-system components. Thermal performance, EMI shielding, IP protection, and electrical conductivity specifications must be evaluated and verified according to the customer’s actual design requirements.
