The USUSTK ADAS Domain Controller Liquid-Cooled Housing is designed for thermal management and structural integration in automotive advanced driver-assistance systems, centralized computing platforms and in-vehicle electronic control units.

Manufactured from AL6061 aluminum alloy, the housing integrates structural protection, electronic-component mounting and liquid cooling into a single assembly. Internal coolant passages transfer heat away from processors, power electronics and other heat-generating components inside the ADAS domain controller.

Precision CNC machining is used to produce electronic-component mounting areas, thermal contact surfaces, connector openings, threaded holes and other customized enclosure features. Friction stir welding (FSW) is used to join and seal the liquid-cooling structure through a solid-state welding process without conventional brazing filler metal.

During operation, the specified automotive coolant circulates through the internal passages and removes heat from the controller housing. This integrated design supports compact installation and thermal management for high-performance vehicle computing equipment.

The conductive conversion coating helps improve corrosion resistance while maintaining surface conductivity for electrical grounding and electromagnetic compatibility design requirements.

Housing dimensions, internal coolant paths, inlet and outlet positions, mounting structures, connector openings and thermal contact areas can be customized according to customer drawings and automotive-system requirements.
