Rugged weather-tight or explosion proof temperature switches are designed for freeze protection of piping and vessels. A 22A/480 VAC micro-switch provides control of heat tracing circuits and set point is adjusted via an internal or external dial. Mounting flexibility is provided via a stainless steel immersion stem or bulb and capillary thermal assembly.

Electrical heat tracing is used throughout most process plants, power plants and waste water treatment facilities to keep piping and vessels from freezing during cold weather.
