Yue Wah CHAY is Associate Professor of Psychology, School of Humanities & Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Prior to joining NTU, he was a faculty member of the School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU) and the National University of Singapore (NUS). His current research interests include knowledge systems, citizenship behavior, work commitment, assessment and executive careers.

Ho-Beng CHIA is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Organization, National University of Singapore. His current research interests include motivating and encouraging organization citizenship behavior; knowledge sharing and creative problem solving; cross cultural negotiations and mediation as well as topics in human resource management.

Hans-Dieter EVERS is Professor and Senior Fellow, Center for Development Research, University of Bonn, Germany. He has taught at Bielefeld University, Monash University, Yale University National University of Singapore and Gadjah Mada University and was several times a Visiting Professor of Management at the Singapore Management University and a Distinguished Visiting Professor of Sociology, National University of Singapore. He has published widely on development planning, knowledge governance and urbanisation in South-east Asia.

Solvay GERKE is Professor of South-east Asian Studies and Director, Center for Development Research, University of Bonn, Germany. She was a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Malay Civilization, National University of Malaysia and at other South-east Asian universities.
