About the Authors
Mircea Dragoman was born in Bucharest, Romania in 1955. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Polytechnical Institute, Bucharest, in 1980 and 1991, respectively.
He is presently Principal Researcher I at the National Research Institute for Microtechnology, Bucharest, Romania, a position equivalent to professor. He was awarded the Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship in 1991. He was a visiting professor at...
