About

ACC Electronix provides world-class Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). We are an ISO 9001-2008 certified contract manufacturer and have been providing quality equipment to the broadcast industry since 1976. In 1992, we expanded on this foundation and began providing our electronic manufacturing and assembly services to other industries. Today ACC serves customers in the broadcast, industrial, agricultural, off-road, construction, mining, military, and medical markets.
Whether you have a prototype or a proven design, ACC's experience will help your organization achieve its goals for quality improvement, on-time delivery, inventory control, and cost reduction. We will develop a custom formula to assist in your company's success.
When ACC Electronix partners with a customer, we become a part of your team — the electronics-manufacturing department of your company. Our staff is trained to meet IPC soldering and assembly standards using proper ESD protection for your product. ACC is proud to have a team of experienced electronics manufacturing professionals who are eager to work with you.
"Flexible" and "Adaptable" are great descriptions for ACC's workforce and equipment. Whether you need hand-built prototypes or high-volume production, ACC has the resources needed. Our production facility is designed to efficiently handle a diversity of customer production requirements, product testing, and final product assembly.
ACC's personalized customer service is most effective when we are "partnered" with our customers. By involving our manufacturing experts early in your design process, we can provide valuable assistance that will significantly reduce start-up problems, increase quality, and reduce cost. ACC will utilize our ISO certified procedures to build your product. From prototype to production, ACC has the expertise to effectively and efficiently deliver quality products to your company.
ACC Electronix is ISO 9001-2008 certified and committed to the ISO concept of continuous improvement. We use IPC-A-610E as our soldering and assembly standard. In accordance with your needs, we solder to either IPC Class 2 or Class 3 industry standards.
