Amoy (Xiamen) Set Electronics Co., Ltd. is located in the fast-developing Torch High-tech industrial park in Xiamen, China. Using in-house research, SET excogitated a new product which is thermally protected Metal Oxide Varistors with a built-in alloying thermal cutoff (short as TMOV) that can effectively eliminate fire risks or other MOV hazards induced by degradation failures and voltage fluctuations. This marks new progress in the MOV heat-protection area. Additionally, SET can provide TMOVs with a separate remote-control alarm circuit according to customers' needs, providing for a reliable and safe MOV deployment.
