Analytical Measurements is a manufacturer/supplier of pH & ORP instrumentation. We serve diverse industries including municipal, metal finishing, sewage treatment, industrial, process plants, food processing, as well as many other industries where waste water is a concern.

Analytical Measurements offers probes/sensors for pH and ORP instrumentation, as well as RTD's for use with automatic temperature compensating units. The probe units contain a glass electrode and reference electrode in one unit so a single coaxial cable can be used. The glass electrode is connected to the center conductor and the reference electrode to the shield. Both of these connections are combined in the BNC connector which connects into all type meters that utilize a BNC type connection.

Analytical Measurements also offers buffer salts in either solution or powder form as listed below:
• Solutions for pH are available in pint (500 ml) plastic bottles. Standard pH of 4,7,9, and 10 are available as well as special mixes for other ranges between pH 3 and 12.
• Solutions for ORP are available in pint (500 ml) plastic bottles. Solutions for 200mV and 600mV are available.
• Powdered buffer salts are sold in packets of 5 each. Each packet yields 1 pint (500ml) when mixed with distilled water. Packets of pH 3 through 12 are available.
• Certification for Traceability of all buffer solutions can be provided if requested.
• Lot # and Expiration Labels are provided for all solutions.

Our BEST-1 Indicator-Controller can be used for just pH or ORP monitoring, or as a controller as it contains two (2) process controllers to turn on/off pumps, alarms, lights, etc.. The module can be provided as panel mounted 1/8 DIN (shown below-NO Enclosure) or mounted in a NEMA 4X enclosure (as shown above). The units are 120 volt AC, 50-60 HZ with large digital display with 4-20 mA output to drive recorders or input into a DCS System. The units require a higher degree of Operator knowledge to program the units as they are microprocessor based versus turning knobs on the older analog based units. The standard probes we manufacture with BNC connectors are used with this unit.

We also offer the Partlow Circular Chart Recorder, which has an excellent history of great service with no down time. The unit can be driven from the series jack behind our older analog type pH meters, or driven from the 4-20 mA output from the newer microprocessor based controllers. The units can be configured for 24-hour or 7-day charts with 0-14 pH, single or dual pen, and digital display. The recorder comes in a splash proof enclosure with brackets for wall mounting. The units are 120 volt AC, 50-60 HZ and provided with a power cord and 100 each 10-inch charts.

Analytical Measurements can provide a complete pH Recording System consisting of our Best-1 Digital Controller and a Circular Chart Recorder. The system includes the instruments, NEMA enclosure for controller, interconnecting wiring, pH probe, and wall mounting brackets. The system is fully programmed and tested as a unit before shipment.
