Californiaâ??s South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) accepted independent laboratory tests on Apollo Sprayers equipment. When the results were in, it was demonstrated that Apollo HVLP technology exceeded all of the established standards with certified 80% to 90% transfer efficiency. This results in 40% â?? 50% savings on coatings.

Apollo Sprayers maintains constant research and development, using precision manufacturing that conforms to all TrueHVLP principles. We are continuously developing and testing the most powerful turbospray motors in the world. As a result of this the new PRECISION-6 was launched in 2016 and in 2017 it received the prestigious Visionary Award at the AWFS trade show. This patented system is 30% more powerful than a 5-stage turbine and enables a finisher to spray high solids production coatings like never before. The PRECISION-6 combines the latest HVLP technology with the ultimate in precise atomization to provide the best finish with the least amount of over spray.
