ARBURG is one of the world's leading manufacturers of injection molding machines. The product portfolio encompasses ALLROUNDER’s with clamping forces of between 125 and 6,500 kN, robotic systems, application specific turnkey solutions, and digital solutions including shop floor management.
ARBURG machines and solutions differentiate themselves through high quality and outstanding shot-to-shot consistency, which is a key criteria for successful plastic part molding. ARBURG is a pioneer in the plastics industry when it comes to energy and production efficiency, digitalization and sustainability. Its arburgXworld program covers all of its digital products and services, and is also the name of the customer portal. Its "arburgGREENworld" initiative, meanwhile, covers resource efficiency and circular economy strategies, plus every company activity and approach that relates to this.
The central objective of ARBURG is to enable its customers to manufacture their plastic products, in a wide variety of industry segments, to optimum quality, in a resource-efficient manner and at minimal unit costs. The company's target groups include the medical, electronics, automotive, technical and packaging industries.
ARBURG has its own organizations at 37 locations in 27 different countries and, together with its trading partners, is present in more than 100 countries. This creates an international sales and service network that allows the company to provide first-class customer support on the ground. Production takes place at the headquarters in Lossburg, Germany. Of a total of about 3,450 employees, about 2,850 work in Germany. About 600 further employees work in ARBURG's organizations around the world.
The family-owned company is now in the hands of the third generation and achieved a consolidated turnover of around 600 million euros in 2024.
