Assay Technology is a stable, private, employee-owned company that manufactures personal air samplers for employers who desire to monitor exposures to chemicals in workers' personal breathing zones. The Company also provides the service of analyzing the contents of personal samplers, and preparation of lab reports that indicate the employer's compliance with OSHA worker exposure rules. In addition to its core business, Assay Technology also performs lab evaluation of chemical gas masks and manufactures instruments used in gas mask evaluation.

Available products include air samplers with pre-paid lab analysis for: Organic Vapors, Aldehydes, Ethylene oxide, Nitrous oxide, Halogenated Anesthetic gases, Mercury vapor, Ozone, Hydrogen peroxide, and others. We offer full service industrial hygiene laboratories, accredited by the AIHA-LAP LLC, and service life testing (Miller-Nelson Research) of respirator cartridges and canisters (e.g., gas masks) in conformance to NIOSH and European Standards. Test atmosphere generators (Miller-Nelson Instruments) and other equipment for gas mask service life testing are also available.
