Barth Electronics, Inc. is a high technology company specializing in designing and manufacturing "state of the art" sub-nanosecond high energy, pulse power instrumentation since 1964. Originating in Ohio then moving to Boulder City, Nevada in 1976 during the days of weapons testing at the Nevada Test Site, we designed and manufactured very special test hardware for EG&G in Las Vegas as well as the National Laboratories.

We are continuously investigating new technologies that can be applied to ESD and high-voltage pulse power and are designing new products as the need becomes apparent. ESD Instrumentation
The Model 4002 TLP+™ test system is used for design development of HBM protection structures. This system produces pulse widths of 100ns with a 200ps risetime and can be spoiled down to HBM specifications of 10ns. The Model 4012 VFTLP+™ test system is used for design development of CDM type threats. This system produces pulses of 1, 2, 5, 10ns with a risetime of 100ps that can be slowed down to 200 and 400ps. The Model 4702 HMM+™ test system is used to eliminate the common problems that are found with gun testing. This system has a pulse voltage range of 100-8,000 volts that is the (Equivalent IEC Gun Discharge Voltage) and has a risetime of 700-800ps with peaks of 30ns and 60ns.
