Founded in 1985 and located in San Jose, California, Bentek Corporation began by providing comprehensive design, manufacturing, and logistics services for the semiconductor equipment industry. We continue to specialize in the design and manufacture of electromechanical and power distribution solutions for high-tech and industrial markets. Bentek has developed a range of capabilities, including: designing, building, and testing complex, highly configurable products; and planning and sourcing a wide variety of materials and components. In 2009 Bentek expanded its offerings with the creation of the Solar Products division. Bentek Solar provides Balance of System (BOS) equipment — combiners, recombiners, safety systems, cables, harnesses, and accessories — for a wide range of photovoltaic projects. Our products simplify and speed the installation and wiring process. In addition to offering standard equipment, Bentek will work with you to create custom configurations to meet your specific requirements.

Our main Corporate manufacturing building is 55,000 square feet with 5,000 square feet of class 10K and1K clean room space available. Our second building is 14,500 sq. ft and houses our Supply Chain Management, and Integrated Materials, and Sales teams. At Bentek, we are dedicated to meeting our commitments. Solar Products
Bentek provides a broad range of products to meet the needs of both 600V and 1000V projects in residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications. Many products are uniquely designed to work successfully with inverters from leading manufacturers. In addition, Bentek offers a range of cost-effective wiring solutions to simplify and standardize installations and reduce costs and installation error.
