Breaker Technology Inc. (BTI) has for decades led the way in equipment and services for the construction, aggregate, demolition and mining industries.

Applications range from primary and secondary sites involved in construction, demolition or recycling, to quarries and underground mining operations such as scaling and explosives loading.

In the spring of 1997 BTI made a commitment to implement a formal Quality Assurance System. On November 6, 1998 the facilities in Thornbury Ontario, and Riverside California were certified to ISO 9001:1994.

In 2000, the International Standards Organization (ISO) revised the Standard to emphasize requirements for a Quality Management System rather than a Quality Assurance System. BTI made the transition to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard in June of 2001, receiving registration in October 2001, certificate # Q2233.
