Emicon Corporation manufactures Custom Wound Coils of all types, to include; Inductors, Antennas, Air Wound Coils and Toroidal Coils. We also design and manufacture Custom RF Cable Assemblies, Power Line Filters, Digital filters and High and Low Pass Filters. We do Contract Manufacturing concentrating in RF and Microwave Subassemblies and Antennas.

Emicon Corporation was founded in 1984. From the beginning, we earned a reputation as a reliable supplier of custom parts for the military, high end commercial and space industries. We are located in El Paso, TX to take advantage of the lower operating costs in this region. We have a fully vertically integrated facility and our quality program is designed around MIL-45208A. We have a certified IPC-A-610 Trainer on staff.

Emicon specializes in making custom coils. We make Air Wound, Toroidal, and Antenna coils. Many of the inductive coils we make are used in applications where they need to be tuned and we know how to make them "Tunable." We will make them to your specification, help you design them and can even individually "tune" them for your custom application; we also have templates that guide you in documenting your coil design with our part number system.

Emicon is equipped with a programmable coax stripping machine and pneumatic crimping machine and can build any type of coax cable you may require. We carry some of the common coax cables and RF connectors in stock and can turn around your requirement quickly.
