At European Automation we have a constant stock holding of thousands of refurbished automation spare parts, tested, boxed and available for same day dispatch.

Our Technical Sales division are proficient in over 20 languages and we have supplied refurbished automation equipment to manufacturing facilities in over 100 countries worldwide.

All of our refurbished stock items are subjected to a rigorous test procedure before being offered for sale. To ensure that your part is received in great condition we use polyurethane foam packages to provide protection against shock and vibration during shipping and handling. All of our refurbished automation equipment carries a full 12 month warranty and represent a genuine alterative to purchasing new.

Whether you are in an urgent breakdown situation or are looking to extend the life cycle of your existing production facility European Automation’s dedicated obsolete procurement professionals are available to source those sometimes ‘hard to find’ legacy parts.

Our bespoke internal software has been developed specifically to integrate with our preferred partners, both local and specialised vendors worldwide, to provide you with the fastest possible solution to your enquiry. Furthermore our internal systems can predict when certain lines and ranges will become obsolete for our purchasing teams to source in advance.

We offer both a free assessment and fixed price repair service, all with a 12 month warranty as standard and your assigned customer support executive will always keep you up to date with progress.

AUTOMATION EXCHANGE SERVICE
In many cases our customers come to us when production has been affected or stopped entirely, often because just one part is no longer available in stock from the manufacturer. In these instances repairing the part is not an option – it has to be replaced, often with an obsolete component.

Our Service Exchange option offers a genuine alternative to repair and is designed to restoring your facility back to full capacity in the fastest possible time frame.

There are also considerable cost savings available against a supply option as we will take your faulty item in exchange. This faulty item will then undergo our extensive testing and repair process and be placed back into our stock – available to you once again with full 12 months warranty should you need it again.

NEW AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT
We employ multi-sourcing tactics that ensure there is an entire network of distributors available to supply each type of component. This ensures that when a customer in a mission critical market places an order, the supplier can pick and choose the product with the best price and quickest delivery option.
