Fairfield Crystal Technology has developed proprietary crystal growth techniques and other proprietary source purification technology, to grow high-purity single crystals that can be fabricated into high performance, semiconductor substrates or optical components suitable for commercial, industrial and military applications. We operate a number of high temperature reactors, from vacuum to high pressure, with unique proprietary designs, incorporating induction, resistivity and other heating methods. We also use a variety of growth techniques and methods to ensure high quality crystals. We not only have expertise in managing high temperature crystal growth processes, which require temperature ranges from 1400°C to 2700°C depending on the material being grown, but also furnace & crucible design, purification processes, and crystal slicing and fabrication.
