G&K-Vijuk holds numerous global patents on outsert equipment and methods of folding. Development continues on the patented G&K–Vijuk MV-11 Outsert Systems, which fold up to 266 panels—56% more panels than previous models, making larger outserts for more copy space. Finished outserts are 20% thinner and flatter for savings in storage and shipping. A new UM 90 Turn Station added to a system will save floor space. An in-line quality inspection station is available to assure quality.

GUK packaging-line equipment runs on the packaging line’s drive or can be equipped to run independently. The new GUK Cartonac 2003DS Leaflet Folder is touch-screen PLC controlled, making setup quicker and easier. Its smaller size makes incorporation onto packaging lines easier. For better control and greater speed, both the feeder and folder have a servo motor. 

GUK RS Roll-Fed Folders offer economical leaflet production, as roll printing saves on paper, cutting, and labor costs—and minimizes the probability of leaflet mix-up. They can be incorporated onto packaging lines.

GUK PA/21 Prefolded-Leaflet Feeding Systems feed leaflets and outserts for inserting into cartons, handling leaflets up to 10 mm thick, depending on the model.
