Global Casting Resources, Inc. was formed over 8 years ago by a team of experienced foundry professionals that have a combined experience of over 45 years in the metal casting industry. GCR saw the need for a well seasoned team of experienced metal casters to offer a complete import management service to the American market place that would allow small and medium size customers to take advantage of off shore pricing. They have seen a great many changes to the metal casting industry which continues to put pressures on manufacturing and purchasing departments. As a result manufacturers are constantly looking for qualified sources to provide lower pricing. Their primary focus was to create a venture that offered off shore pricing while maintaining the quality and performance of the best domestic sources.

Global Casting Resources has traveled to Asia and spent a great deal of time and effort to locate multiple qualified sources for investment castings, ferrous and non-ferrous sand castings, die castings, permanent mold castings, forgings, stampings, powder metal parts and machined components. They have inspected each facility to insure that the process methods and quality systems used are equal to or better than domestic suppliers of the products.

Global Casting Resources has also aligned itself with an Asian engineering firm with over fifteen years of experience importing engineered products into the United States. They provide hands on support and quality audits on all of their suppliers and the parts they provide.

Global Casting's customers enjoy the advantage of off shore pricing and good quality products plus the technical and engineering support of an American based company which maintains a warehouse in Columbus, Mississippi. They offer JIT deliveries, domestic warehouse services and superior pricing coupled with excellent quality. Customers are billed FOB from their warehouse and do not have to deal with customs, tariffs or any import paper work. GCR handles all of the details and you receive one invoice from them.
