GPP was formed in 2006 and is the host company of three manufacturing sites. These three divisions represent an important alliance that allows their customers to enjoy synergy, flexibility and volume capacity that only a multi-site company can offer. GPP can support your needs including prototyping, testing and short run and high volume requirements. Ottoville, Ohio

Kriegel Holdings Corporation acquired the first manufacturing company in 1993, Acme Machine Automatics, Inc. They serve the automotive, fluid power, HVAC, and industrial equipment markets.

In 2002, the second addition to GPP was Drudge Screw Products, Inc. In 2003, DSP was relocated to Wabash, Indiana into a state-of-the-art building constructed in 1998. They serve industrial equipment, construction, electrical, heavy truck, agricultural industries, and more.

In June of 2006 Harding Machine Inc. was acquired by the Kriegel Corporation. Harding Machine Inc. was founded in 1913. They serve the automotive, fluid power, HVAC and industrial equipment markets.
