Kent Elastomer Products has been providing solutions to tubing problems for over 45 years and is the industry leader in the manufacture of precision-engineered low durometer tubing products. Their products are used in a variety of markets including medical, sports/toys, and food/beverage. They extrude TPE, PVC, and custom compounds in an infinite variety of tubing sizes and manufacture Free-Band®, the preferred non-latex tourniquet.

Kent is the largest manufacturer of dipped natural rubber latex tubing, offering a wide variety of sizes and colors. In addition, they manufacture an array of dip molded products produced in both natural rubber and non-latex compounds.

Thermoplastic Elastomer Tubing

Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) is a soft and flexible polymer with excellent physical properties, making it a good alternative for many latex or silicone tubing applications. FDA, NSF and USP Class VI material compounds are available for medical and food/beverage applications.

Rubber Latex Tubing

Applications include medical, dental, exercise, therapy, food, and beverage. Where latex products are not recommended or are prohibited, they offer a complete line of non-latex tubing manufactured from TPE, which closely simulates natural rubber latex properties.

PVC Tubing

PVC medical grade formulations range in durometers from 40 to 90 to meet a variety of medical or food grade applications. Kent PVC tubing meets FDA and U.S.P. Class VI requirements. It is non-toxic and inert, has superb clarity, and possesses good flame, tear and electrical resistance properties.

Free-Band® Tourniquets

Free-Band® latex-free surgical tourniquet bands are manufactured from a proprietary blend of materials specifically chosen to provide physical properties that closely resemble those of latex without the concerns of latex sensitivity.
