L&S provides contract engineering and manufacturing services of various types of cryogenic equipment for customers in a broad range of industries. Our specialty is large, high horse-power cryogenic pump and vaporizing systems for the oilfield industry. These units are complete, turn-key systems mounted on trucks, trailers or stationary skids. We also provide state-of-the-art cryogenic-treating of all types of metallic parts.

We provide all design and engineering for our products in house. We manufacture our own high-pressure cryogenic pumps and vaporizers. Our cryogenic triplex pump has been in production since 1993 and is widely used in oilfield applications up to 600 HP. The vaporizer is built around a patented burner design we developed through years of testing.

All equipment we manufacture is tested at our facility. Our Test Pad has a 7500 gallon Liquid Nitrogen storage tank which enables us to run long duration "CAT tests" (Customer Acceptance Test). These tests are run under a variety of pumping conditions, from 0-15,000 PSI and rates from 100 SCFM to 1,000,000 SCFH. All data is recorded according to the customer's specifications. When the equipment passes the test, we are ensured and confident that it is ready to ship to the customer's site.

L&S carries a complete inventory of spare parts for equipment that we have supplied. We also have exchange pumps and vaporizers ready to ship, or our shop can overhaul the customers pump and return it. Our expertise lies in the ability to integrate major components and sub-assemblies into one user and operator friendly piece of equipment.
