The investment in state-of-the-art metal spinning equipment allows them to CNC spin up to a 52” diameter blank and manually hand spin up to a 72” blank. They can handle aluminum to .250”, hot rolled steel to .187” and stainless steel to .125” thickness. Their operation enables them to carry most jobs through to completion without leaving their facilities.

In 2005, Lewark Metal Spinning relocated into their 34,000+ square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located on Keenan Road in Dayton, Ohio, which is known throughout the country as the "Crossroads of America". This location is a key component in reducing shipping costs to your organization. Ever mindful of customer expectations and demands, their facility is structured to handle thru-put as it fits your needs.
At Lewark Metal Spinning, they have the capacity to expand as needed to meet or exceed your expectations - both in facilities and experienced craftsmen. Several buildings are currently poised to enter immediately into production mode and increase capacity an additional 35%. They also have the option of expanding their second shift, their third shift or their flexible weekend shift to handle increased thru-puts. Physical expansion challenges are non-existent. Lewark Metal Spinning's flexible manufacturing space allows them to tackle projects many competitors are unable to attempt.
