Gearboxes & Speed Reducers
Ondrives offers a huge selection of all types of gearboxes and speed reducers manufactured in Freeport, NY or Chesterfield, UK. Precision Gears
Ondrives manufactures fine pitch precision gears in inch and metric from AGMA 8 to AGMA 14 quality. Higher quality Ground gears or commercial grade gears are also available. We offer standard or custom Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears, Miter Gears, Worm Gears and Worm Wheel Gears.

Shaft Couplings
Misalignment shaft couplings are necessary to compensate for the subtle and sometimes extreme angular, radial and axial misalignment between mating shafts. Without the proper coupling, severe stress is sent back to the bearings or other components and premature failure can result. Ondrives offers the broadest range of misalignment shaft couplings. Our experienced engineers will assist you in finding the proper one for your application.

Precision Fasteners
Ondrives produces precision grade Shoulder Screws in both 303 stainless steel and 416 RC26-32 stainless steel. Our Tipped Set Screws are available with tips in Nylon, Brass or Silver Solder. Use these precision fasteners to prevent damage to expensive shafts. We make stainless steel Thumb Screws with diamond knurled heads or with plastic heads.

Ground Shafts and Dowel Pins
Ondrives manufactures precision ground shafts and dowel pins to 0.0002 inch tolerances in both inch and metric diameters. A wide range of standard lengths are available for same day shipment. Our most common materials are 303 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 17- 4PH stainless steel, 416 stainless steel and alloy steel.
