Our advanced technology IRD semiconductor radiation devices detect energy with an unprecedented 100 % internal quantum efficiency, operating in the UV, the extreme UV, X-ray, and electrons.

Our domestic U. S. manufacturing plant includes wafer fabrication and ensures delivery of volume quantities at competitive prices with short lead times.
